And the beat goes on

Brighton has been wet and soggy since before the Conference but there is nothing soggy about the mood of the delegates. There is a buzz in the air, a bounce in every step and lots of satisfied and determined smiles on every face, anyone can see and feel the vibe.

All that before DC’s speech this afternoon. Whatever he says is going to be electric – last night he stopped by the MEPs reception and charged the room with a couple of minutes talk- and I can’t wait for the main speech later today. Although, I am a little worried about driving my car with all this excitement – I should have taken the train.
