Where did it all go wrong part two!?

Can’t help but wonder if we are losing our sense of humor and common sense too, when it comes to appropriate jokes. I am not talking about right out rude, insensitive ones, or phrases and expressions of days by-gone! What I am talking about is when people who in one capacity or another are in the public domain, but in a personal setting might say or do something that their superiors feel it best to penalise them for it ‘just in case’!

My question is, where does personal end and public begin? And, are we heading to where we allow ourselves the right to police everything our public officials do and say 24/7!? Or are we there already?
