My take on today’s strike!

For the best part of four weeks anything that can be said for or against today’s strike has been said. And since I have nothing new to add and will be parroting out what others have already said. I will leave you with the following reflective words from the playwright Eugene Ionesco:

“Ideology separates us. Dreams and anguish bring us together.”

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and salute those workers who crossed the picket line specially those who work in the emergency services.
