Egypt is a winner for reopening it waters and allowing humanitarian aid to pass to Gaza. Regardless of ideology and dogma, innocent people [on both sides] caught up in this endless ugly war deserve compassion.
Ken Livingston yesterday announced he is running for London Mayor again! As a Londoner, he probably feels a sense of duty towards the city he loves and wants to fulfil that duty via the highest office. I heard him on LBC Radio a few times, and found his topics engaging, balanced and generally a good listen. He can do a lot of that and many other things to make a difference. He is a loser for not getting the message sent to him in 2008 [London was tired of Ken] and for not letting go. If he listens [a good politician always listens twice as speaks], he would have heard yesterday a collective ‘No for Ken’ on London’s LBC.
