Roman Polanski is Free but is he?

Today Roman Polanski became a free man – the Swiss authorities has ruled not to extradite him to the US and revoked all freedom- restricting measures against him.

But is the French- Polish film director free? Despite the US authorities failing to provide the confidential testimony on his sentencing he is still a wanted man in the US – so where does that leave Mr Polanski?
