It’s difficult to be Green in this Heat!

We needed a few bits and pieces for the match. So I got in the car and almost burned my backside, since Sainsbury was a reasonable walk I saw no need to wait for the car to cool with me in it and decided to walk – after all it’s a nice day – at least that was what I thought then. After a 10 minute walk it stopped feeling nice and started to being just HOT and stuffy.

So I decided to cab it. The first was for heir but had all four windows down, the second was not for heir and the third was a brand spanking new taxi with all windows up and a very cool comfortable beaming driver behind the wheels.

Jumped in and at Sainsbury’s I asked him to wait for me, grabbed what I needed [thank God for self-checkouts] I was back in my cool cab in 10 and home in no time.

I could hate myself for it but it is too hot to bother about being ‘Not Green’ today. I promise to be even Greener next week.
