Blame the BBC!

Does Richard Branbrook, the sole BNP Assembly Member, resigning the whip signals the end of the BNP? Either way the party is clearly in trouble.

Since the appearance of their leader, Nick Griffin, on the BBC’s Question Time last year, things started to go downhill for them – even after being ordered by the court to open their doors to people of all races. Which proves the point of those who insisted that allowing the BNP on the programme will expose the real them and lay bare their belief and mentality, and it did.

But make no mistake the difference between, sitting in a panel taking and answering question and been giving front page coverage with sensational sound bites. The two are completely different and at odds with each other; one reveals and unravels the panellist while the later simply glorify an image, and gives it’s the oxygen it needs to grow and flourish.

I don’t always agree with the BBC but that Question Times was a triumphant moment for them!
