Open Letter to Tracy Cheetham - tchee

Posted 20 Oct 2010 by Walaa Idris

Dear Tracey,

Please allow me to apologise for hurting your feelings, you are not a despicable person, which I never though you were in the first place, but your remark about Baroness Thatcher was a tad terrible and if I am honest it totally shocked me because it was so unexpected and sounded nothing like you!

For that reason I did not unfollow you on tweeter nor do I intend to – but I am hoping that you’ll accept this apology in the way it was intended.

I know we are not down the pub type of friends but you are alright for a lefty (smile), and I would like for us to stay friends if possible.

Kindest regards
Walaa

PS, clever move unfollowing me (smile) by the way, could not Direct Message you and keep this between us (even a bigger smile)!

Surely a private message between the two of you would have been more appropiate..

Thank you. The fact that I consider us friends is why I was so upset. But I completely accept and appreciate your very gracious apology.
